HANSE SAILING BOATS REGATTA 3-7 May 2025

1. Rules

Regatta will be organized in accordance with ISAF RRS 2017 to 2020 HJS regulations of security, Notice of Race, Sailing Instructions and official notes of race committee.

2. Eligibility

Only Hanse sailboats may participate in the regatta. Compulsory use exclusively of self-tack jib while gennaker can be used for the downwind sailing.

3. Classification/distribution into groups

3.1. Sailing boats will be grouped according to the length of hull »LOA«. Overall results will be calculated by the NHP (Nacionalni hendikep premjer) measure system.

3.2. The organizer has the right to reject the application form of sailing boats on which major changes were made.
3.3. At least three boats will form their own group.
3.4. The race committee can change the distribution into groups according to the number of sailing boats.

4. Entry

The entry fee is determined by the date the entry form is received:

Till February 28th 2025 110 EUR Per boat
From March 1st 2025 150 EUR Per boat

Entry form should be submitted to the co-organiser on-line or by e-mail when making your booking or at latest by April 30th, 2025. Late entries may be accepted at the organiser’s discretion.

5. Participation

Additional fee 290 EUR per sailor for organization of provisioning (dinner) and entertainment programme is to be paid at the moment of registration in cash only.
NOTE: Berth fees aren’t included in the price and should be paid by the participants in each marina/harbour office.
5.1. Registration for the regatta participation and payments can be done in: Croatia Yachting office in Split or in any Croatia Yachting base office

6. Liability

Competitors participate at their own risk. The organizer does not accept any responsibility for any possible damage or accident done by the competitor, yacht or third person, before or during the regatta.

7. Awards and prizes

Best placed yachts (1st-3rd place) will be awarded with trophies and prizes.

8. Sailing instructions

Each crew will receive sailing instructions upon registration in our office in the Marina Kaštela.

Saturday, May 3rd 2025 – D-marin, Marina Dalmacija Sukošan

12:00    Registration is open for check-in of the guests
17:45     Bus transfer for participants from Marina Kornati in Biograd na Moru (ferry port Biograd) to Marina Dalmacija Sukošan
18:00    Regatta opening for all the competitors and the presentation of the program in front of Croatia Yachting reception office in Marina Dalmacija Sukošan
19:30    Sailing instructions and skipper’s meeting

11:00    Start of the first leg: Biograd – Ravni Žakan – sailing is limited until 17:00hr

Monday, May 5th 2025

09:30    Skipper’s meeting – gathering in front of the catamaran of the regatta committee
11:00    Start of the second leg: Ravni Žakan – Murter – sailing is limited until 17:00 hr

  • Arrival to Murter
  • Mooring of the boats in Marina Hramina

17:30    Fun Stand up paddle race with great rewards!

19:00   Dinner in Restaurant Nomad, address:  Put Gradine 1 22243 Murter (in Marina Hramina)

  • The announcement of the winner of the day
  • Karaoke
  • Fun and dancing with DJ

Tuesday, May 6th 2025

09:30    Skipper’s meeting – gathering in front of the catamaran of the regatta committee
11:30    Start of the third leg: Murter – Šibenik  – sailing is limited until 17:00hr

  • Arrival to Šibenik
  • Mooring of the boats at the old town waterfront in Šibenik

18:30     GROUP PHOTO Meeting point at the stairs under the cathedral – Hanse Cup shirts obligatory
19:00   Dinner Gradska Viječnica (City Hall), Šibenik, address:  Trg Republike Hrvatske 3, Šibenik

  • Announcement of the winner of the regatta, award of prizes and trophies
  • Projection of the photos of the day
  • Entertainment and party with Sandra & the Band

Regatta consists of 3 races for all groups. Regatta is valid if at least 1 race is sailed.

 

Wednesday, May 7th 2025

Individual sailing. Return to the marina until 16:00, check out for the boats in charter.

NOTE: the organizer reserves the right to modify the programme
